In the FP7 project OPTIMISM, CE Delft was responsible for the assessment of the mobility and environmental impacts of the appliance of several ITS solutions (e.g. multimodal smart cards, personalized travel information, car sharing, etc.). Furthermore, in this project we carried out the impact analysis of the implementation of strategies for integrated transport (mainly focused on ITS solutions). In a recent project for the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment, we have studied implementation aspects and impacts of several ITS options, including eco-routing and dynamic traffic light regulation. Currently, CE Delft is involved in a study on innovative concepts for urban logistics, in which the feasibility and impacts of all kind of (ICT related) logistic concepts are assessed.
